Lobna Hleihel har en BA i socialt arbejde, er gruppelederuddannet og har flere efteruddannelser i mentaliseringsbaseret behandling og terapi.

Lobna har 13 års erfaring i arbejdet med udsatte børn, unge og familier, særligt med anden etnisk baggrund, hvor hun har specialiseret sig inden for de interkulturelle og religiøse faktorer, der kan spille en rolle i behandlingsarbejdet.

Lobna er optaget af, hvordan man med indsigt i familiernes kulturelle og religiøse baggrunde konkret kan være med til at fremme mentaliseringsevnen og skabe trygge rammer for det videre udviklingsarbejde.
